Wellness in the Workplace 2019

We are seeking feedback from businesses, organisations and government departments about workplace absenteeism and wellness in New Zealand. This survey is being conducted by Southern Cross Health Society and BusinessNZ.

The survey results will be used to consider the scale of absenteeism in New Zealand, how much employers are doing to assist employees with health and wellness, and where, if any, there are gaps. Some of the information may be published. However, the information you provide will remain strictly confidential for all respondents.

The survey involves 26 questions, and should take you about 20 minutes to complete.
